Projects: 35% (2 projects -Project #1: 15%, Project #2: 20%)
Homework: 15% (3 assignments – HW #1 : 5%, HW #2 : 5%, HW #3: 5%)
Final: 25%
Quizzes: 25% (5 quizzes – one approximately every 2 weeks)

Letter grades are calculated according to the Official Grading System of Baruch College. However, the instructor reserves the right to curve the scale (up or down) when computing final grades, if deemed necessary. For example, students should know in advance that even if they achieve grade percentages that might earn them an A in other courses, that percentage (e.g., 94%) might not necessarily earn them a course grade in the A range in this course. Overall course grades may be assigned according to the following distribution:
A & A- : 35% or less
B+, B & B- : 35% or less
C+, C & C- : 20% or less
